Using the free Focus Card app (iOS only), select apps you wish to restrict. No subscriptions, no accounts, and no ads!

Simply press start focus, and your apps will be locked. Your Focus Card is not required to start a focus session, it is recommended to put your Focus Card somewhere out of mind.

End your session

When the time is right, use your Focus Card to unlock your apps. Your time spent in Focus will be logged in the app for your reference.

You get three emergency unlocks, because sometimes stuff happens. Be careful though! You can't get your unlocks back!
